Short Selling Your Home

With so many homes going and have gone to foreclosure we have obviously a record number of houses all over America! Now here is the problem, with so many people I run into on and off the net! I live right here in Sunny South Florida, Broward County to be exact! Before people go into foreclosure, they go into what is called preforeclosure! Now let me break this down for you! This also varies from state to state!Ok when a home owner doesn't pay their mortgage in the state of Florida, for 2months straight, the homeowner starts to get the nice phone calls, or reminder phone calls, and maybe a letter!
3rd month- the home owner gets a letter, or threatening letter saying your past due with your mortgage, call for a resolution, yada,yada,yada! 4th- month, more letters, more phone calls things are getting serious, between the homeowner, and the lender/bank! Homeowner is thinking what do I do, the lender is thinking I don't care, start the foreclosure proceedings! By the 5th month your Florida Home is in pre-foreclosure / maybe foreclosure depending on the lender!
Now this is where you need help, and help fast! I'm still very surprised that allot of home owners don't know what their options are! What I mean by this is, there is an option to short-sale your real-estate!
Now this is not an easy thing to do! You need professional help, a person or company that specializes in working with the bank/lender, a master negotiator, and knows the necessary applications to apply in anyone’s situation! Now I'm a real-estate investor, and I do short sales, as part of my daily business! I consult with the person 1st to see if you’re a prime candidate for our program, and then if you are based on person by person situation then we will start the process!
Just so you know it doesn't cost you as our client any money out of your pocket! I mean that, not one dime, now or later to do the short sale on your property!
Now you may be thinking, what are my chances, what would happen if I did short sale my property, how it would benefit me!
Well the benefit is, you won't get a foreclosure on your credit, and you will be able to buy another home down the line! Not the end of the world! If you don't take some course of action you will end up losing your home to foreclosure!
